We want to hear and understand your hair goals. What do you love about your hair? What do you wish were different? We want to understand your lifestyle and daily routine. This way we can create a look for you that fits your life and maintenance schedule. What are your challenges, we want to provide solutions.

We promise clear communication regarding your investment to your hair before we begin your service.

 We will clearly lay out the pricing and a plan for you to reach your hair goal. We will also provide various options so you are in control of your investment and timeline. Our team includes stylists of varying levels of pricing and experience. We work to partner the client with the appropriate stylist based on the type of work desired and your beauty budget.

We promise to educate you on the products and techniques we used throughout your appointment.

Based on your hair goals we will share product and styling tips to help you achieve your dream hair. We share these tips to help you keep your hair in the best condition and to recreate your look at home. Your product recommendations will always be available to you at the end of your service. 

We promise to stand by our services

If for any reason you feel we didn't meet your goal let us know within 2 weeks. We will be happy to set up a revision appointment so we can better meet your expectations. Outside of two weeks we can set up revision appointments, but based you your hair's growth the service is more difficult to adjust. 

Our Product promise

We make product recommendations based on your hair's needs. All product purchases are 100% returnable within 90 days of purchase. Products returned within 30 days of purchase qualify for a full reimbursement. Products returned between 30-90 days qualify for product credit in the salon. Any reimbursement will be issued in the form of payment at purchase.
