Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may effect your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations and "no shows" are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments incur the following fees.
Confirmations are a courtesy, not an obligation on our part. If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellations fees.
Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge
Cancellation one day before service: 50% of Service Charge
Cancellation or No Show day of service: 100% of service.
Cancellations occurring after 9pm the night prior to any service will be considered same day of service.
Cancellation fees will be processed from your card on file.
If we are unable to process your cancellation fee it will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment.
Cancellation fees will be waived if your scheduled service is re-booked with an equal cost service by another client.
Cancellation fees will be waived if you are showing any signs of illness or have been exposed to anyone who is ill.
Specialty Services (Ex. Color Correction) may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable when services are cancelled under 72 hours of service.
Your credit card is secure.
Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted third party account. We do not have access to your full card number and can only charge for services submitted from our website.
